Sticks and Stones

The blade of your tongue
That you sharpened
On my pain
Tore through me
And left me bleeding

The blade of your tongue
Vicious
And unyielding
Takes out my heart
And dissects it

While no bruises
Appear on the flesh
The wounds run deep
And scar my mind
And still you run
Like you in control
Like you in charge

Like you
Are not a bully

    thanks pj means a lot coming from someone who inspired me with pieces like 'leave well enough alone' and "ellen" is a piece thats real to say the least appreciate the influence u gave me :)
